Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns.

Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at taiheweave@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary details for the return process. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on final sale products. Other non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed, minus the 5% restocking fee, and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
